CRIMINAL COFFEE CO.
A heritage vibe, here we went with a concept that alines with the 1920's industrial feel bringing some true Birmingham fabric to the Australian coast. From concept, branding, menu creation and community magnetic marketing in the early stages, we set this business up for self evolution, easy management & growth for any owner.
CRIMINAL COFFEE PLAZA
Our second location for Criminal Coffee, we chose the location, shop fit out and layout, staffing and menu for this business. We focused on the shift of the pandemic, with the takeaway model proving extremely successful in the Sunshine Coast shopping centre.
WALTERS DINER
Walters Diner, one of our favoured projects. here we chose the location, created the branding, concept and business strategy. Delivering a 1960's style American diner in a retro 60's building.
From menu creation, marketing and early community growth advertising strategy, Walters Diner soon became the main staple for locals.
SCOTCH BONNET
A fun, vibrant, cool cocktail bar with the sand in your feet. Scotch Bonnet was a huge success, delivering a mouth watering Caribbean menu, stunning location and amazing footfall.
Scotch Bonnet soon had a line of investors wanting to purchase the business, selling successfully in its first year.
THE TOAST OFFICE
The Toast Office, fun, creative and community supported from day one. We created the branding, concept and business strategy for this business.
Located right on the beach, its was soon a local hit with beach goers.
DON SANGAS
We created a retro yet modern brand with Don Sangas. Delivery for this business was done in record time, from concept, logo and business plan, we delivered this project in just three weeks.
DON SANGAS BIRTINYA
Our second location for Don Sangas, with instant success and being found the talk of town, we soon found another great location opposite a Hospital.
Same menu, same business plan, this venue was a huge hit and sold withing the same year.
